An Employer Brand is an essential component of the total Brand - the intangible sum of all the attributes of the perceived experience of working for a specific company:


The people, the culture, the purpose.


Any company controls only a narrow part of the narrative. It is crucial to define it together to harness the collective power of the organization and coalesce all potential impacts.

As #TeamSignify, we are working on defining the Employer Value Proposition (EVP). It's a set of tangible and intangible employment benefits provided by organization in return for the skills, capabilities and experiences each employee brings to the organization. We’re going to identify that by using several research methods, including:

  • 1-1 interviews with senior leaders, employees, candidates
  • Focus groups with specific segments
  • Insights from internal and external target audiences
  • Review of existing talent acquisition and retention initiatives against best practices
  • Competitors' strengths and weaknesses

Together, we want to find the answer to the question "Why Signify?".
